Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from the Mapped Out platform at any time. We offer the following options:

Disconnect a social account

Within the Mapped Out app (social.mappedout.co), open the connected channel and remove it. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token for that account.

Delete your account and all associated data

  1. Send an email to hello@mappedout.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your Mapped Out account.
  3. We will verify your identity and delete your account, connected-account tokens, and associated content within 30 days, and confirm by email.

If you connected via Meta (Facebook/Instagram), you can also remove Mapped Out from your account at Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which revokes our access.
